Best Kept Secrets’ Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. We recommend you read them before entering into any purchase.

All products sold by the company have been tested to ensure the comply with all UK and EU Legislation.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all product safety instructions are followed.
If goods supplied are damaged on delivery or incorrect goods are dispatched, the purchaser must advise Best Kept Secrets within 3 days of receipt of the goods by email to sales@bestkeptsecrets.co.uk or call 01670 512222

The purchaser may cancel an order within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The cancellation of goods notice must be by email to sales@bestkeptsecrets.co.uk

The purchaser must return the goods within the following 30 days. A full repayment, including postage charges will be made by Best Kept Secrets if the full order is returned. Please return any goods to:
Best Kept Secrets Limited, 3G Coopies Field, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 6JT.

Payment for goods can be made by Debit Card, Credit Card & Paypal.

Any contract will be governed by English Law.
The purchasers Statutory Rights are not affected.
